A massive showdown has broken down in Bengal between the BJP and Trinamool Congress. A dramatic face-off and war of words in being fought between BJP and TMC.
After Mamata Banerjee’s cops blocked BJP from marching towards her secretariat, the official office of the Chief Minister, the matter has only escalated.
BJP’s Yuva Morcha President, Tejasvi Surya, has alleged that Mamata’s cops manhandled three members of the parliament. The members were on their way to file an FIR when this incident took place and the Yuva Morcha President will move ‘breach of privilege’ towards the authority.
Tejasvi Surya, commented that the authorities do not know how to do their duties. The FIR was not filed, despite there being a cognisable offence. Instead, the three MPs were pushed by the authorities. He has declared that he will now move a ‘breach of privilege’ motion towards the Mamata Banerjee government.
