Jaipur, Apr 27 (PTI) BJP national general secretary Ramlal today asked workers to devote their time for the welfare of the poor and work hard to expand the presence of the party.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of a two-day training workshop, he said BJP workers should act as a bridge between the public and the government.
They should work towards increasing the presence of the party in areas where the BJP has no wide presence, Ramlal said.
The BJP has become “synonymous to development” in the country and workers should take the government’s works and achievements to the people, he said.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje called upon the people to publicise the government’s policies and programmes.
BJP national vice president Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and party state president Ashok Parnami also spoke on the occasion.
