BJP wins UP rural referendum, Does result indicate 2022 trend?

Ahead of crucial Assembly elections next year in Uttar Pradesh, BJP has made a clean-sweep in District Panchayat Elections for the chairman's post; securing 67 out of 75 seats. “We can say that these panchayat polls were not a trailer of the upcoming UP Elections. Every election is different,” says Anila Singh, Spokesperson, BJP. Chief minister Yogi Adityanath tweeted: “The BJP’s historic sweep in these elections is due to pro-people policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” he tweeted.
