BJP pins hope on Amit Shah for saffron push in the south; KP Ramalingam joins the party

As BJP eyes poll-bound Tamil Nadu, Union Minister Amit Shah has reached Chennai in order to increase the party's presence in the south and it seems as if the BJP is pinning hopes on Shah's visit. BJP General Secretary CT Ravi spoke to Times Now and stated that when Shah took the charge, the tremendous victory happened in Uttar Pradesh and other states also, and the same is expected for Tamil Nadu as well.

Expelled DMK leader and MK Alagiri's loyalist earlier today joined BJP and dropped a big hint. KP Ramalingam said that he will and get Alagiri as well into the BJP fold. KP Ramalingam also suggested that MK Alagiri may possibly be in touch with BJP leaders as well.
