BJP leaders not authorized to meet Mamata Banerjee in the hospital; TMC's letter accessed

The morning after West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was allegedly assaulted by 'unknown persons' in Nandigram, a delegation of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) arrived at the state-run SSKM hospital in Kolkata to check on her welfare.

Following the alleged attack during her Nandigram campaign, BJP leaders Samik Bhattacharya and Tathagata Roy visited the SSKM hospital, where the TMC supremo is being treated for severe bone fractures in her left ankle, foot, and right arm. The BJP leaders, on the other hand, were refused entry and were not permitted to meet with the Chief Minister. It's worth noting that the ruling TMC has accused the saffron party of involvement in the incident that resulted in Banerjee's hospitalization.
