BJP leader Ashish Shelar files a petition in Bombay High Court, Alleges COVID mismanagement

Bhartiya Janata Party leader Ashish Shelar has filed a petition in Bombay High Court alleging malpractices and corruption by the government in COVID management. He has been asked to deposit Rs. 5 Lakh in court as a bond prior to hearing the matter in the high court. Ashish Shelar has been alleging that there exist mismanagement and corruption in the management of COVID specifically the way the hospitals are being managed. Ashish Shelar has alleged the Maharashtra government of mismanagement and laxity when it comes to the rising number of COVID cases in the state.
