A BJP delegation led by Union Minister Prakash Javadekar has now moved the Election Commission on various grounds. The delegation has asked the EC to take cognizance of the unrest that is being deliberately created in West Bengal after the second phase of elections in the state has been concluded. BJP leaders have alleged that the TMC is aware of its loss this time and especially in the Nandigram constituency and is thus resorting to violence and unrest in the Diamond Harbor area.
