Bihar Elections: Is connectivity issue an agenda for the Bihari voter?

Connectivity is an important yardstick to measure the growth & development of a state. Good roads, power & resources attract investors to a state that not only helps to boost the GDP but also in turn the way of life of the people of the state. The holy river Ganga divides Patna from Digha and also abruptly cuts it off from the basic amenities. Villagers of Digha have to cross the mighty river in dilapidated boats to reach the state capital due to the lack of proper connectivity & good roads. Ahead of phase 2 Bihar polls, TIMES NOW gets on the boat to speak to the daily commuters & understand the hardships these villagers overcome every day to take their share from the promises made by the government ahead of phase 2 of Bihar polls.
