Bihar Congress briefs media after losing elections, tries another underhand tactics

Bihar Elections results tell us that the Indian National Congress has pulled down yet another ally. In 2016 Tamil Nadu Elections, Congress had contested for 41 constituencies out which the only won 8, the strike rate there was 19.5% and DMK has won by the strike rate of 50%. A similar instance happened in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. For Bihar, Congress contested for 70 seats but won only 20 with a strike rate of 30%. They allied with RJD who contested for 144 seats and won 65 seats with a strike rate of 42%.
