Bhainsa violence: Dharmapuri Arvind stopped from visiting Bhainsa by Telangana cops

On Tuesday, Telangana Police stopped BJP leaders on their way to Bhainsa town in Telangana and ordered them to return home. On Sunday, there were communal clashes in the city, which resulted in nine people being injured as well as property damage. Some BJP leaders were detained and returned by police in different districts.

The police also prevented Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri Arvind from leaving for Bhainsa. When the BJP leader objected to the police action, he got into an altercation with one of the officers. After that, Arvind was put under house arrest. Soyam Bapu Rao, a BJP MP from Adilabad, was also prevented from visiting Bhainsa by police. He was apprehended near the town of Balkonda.
