Bhainsa violence case: BJP MP put under house arrest; Two municipal councillors remanded

Two municipal councillors were remanded by police on Tuesday for their alleged involvement in the communal violence that erupted in Bhainsa town on March 7. In connection with the incident, they detained 52 people, filed 15 charges, and arrested 14 people.

Arvind Dharmapuri, a BJP MP, was on his way to Telangana's Bhainsa, where a communal clash was registered on March 7. Between Hyderabad Police and a BJP MP, a heated debate erupted.
