Saumya Tandon has taken a break from her TV show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain as she recently gave birth to a baby boy.
It was on January 14, this year that the TV actress Saumya Tandon had given birth to a baby boy. She has already shared the pictures of her cute little munchkin, who is simply adorable.
Saumya, who has been known for her beauty and fit body, had jumped right into her fitness regime, just after a few days of the delivery. From pilates to light weight lifting and aerial yoga, her workout sessions are reflected in her transformation.

Earlier in an interview with HT, she had said, “My mid-back was hurting a lot as breast feeding 10 to 12 times a day was quite exhausting. Sitting with the baby for half an hour every time to feed him, gave me backaches and neck aches too.”
Inspiring everyone, she added on saying, “I am taking baby steps with my exercise regimen. I feel I am not back in the shape I would like to be in. Yet, I feel, I have come a long way post-delivery. I am getting there. I have been consistent with my workouts rather than doing too much right now. And I would recommend exercise to every woman post-delivery, and not just celebrities.”
