Bengaluru Privacy debate sparks a row; Activists slam the decision to share personal details of tenants

A new debate has now erupted in the state of Karnataka, wherein the Bengaluru Police now wants to take down the details of the tenants through the help of an application. All the important documents related to the identification of the tenants will be submitted. While the Bengaluru Police have claimed that the move will help in curbing the crime in the city, several activists have now slammed the move, citing the privacy of breach by the Bengaluru Police.
