Puig started in Barca’s Copa del Rey clash away to Ibiza on Wednesday, but missed Friday’s training session through illness and is out of the squad for this weekend’s match.
De Jong, who started on Wednesday but sat out last Sunday’s 1-0 win over Granada because of a ban, is available and should feature in midfield.

Griezmann scored both Barca goals as the Catalans came from behind to beat Ibiza and Quique Setien said on Friday that the French forward can play the role of striker while the Uruguayan is out.
Winger Ousmane Dembele is still sidelined and Neto is also absent after he was injured on Wednesday.
In the Brazilian’s absence, young goalkeeper Inaki Pena will start on the bench for the Blaugrana.
Barca B midfielder Alex Collado has also been called up the squad.
Valencia are without captain Dani Parejo through suspension, while Goncalo Guedes and Cristiano Piccini are both still sidelined, but striker Rodrigo Moreno is expected to return after a spell out through injury.
