October is not just a month of festivals but also a month of events like the Bangalore Literature Festival that will take place on October 28th and 29th. You should be there!

The Bangalore Literature Festival is going to be back soon and this time it has something new for everybody. The Bangalore Literature Festival(BLF) this year will take place on October 28th and 29th in Bangalore. This will be their sixth edition and it is said to be a grand affair.  This time several renowned historians, cricketers, novelists and also filmmakers will be seen  participating in this major event.  Some of the popular speakers at this festival are Anil Kumble, Rahul Dravid, Bachhi Karkaria, Twinkle Khanna, Ramachandra Guha and several others.

If you want the exact number, a total of 130 speakers are expected to be a part of BLF.  Ramachandra Guha will be speaking on Jingoism vs Patriotism, which is a debatable topic right now.  Keeping in mind with the current trends and news, the BLF will have several sessions that will cover topics like politics, sports and also children’s fiction.  There will also be session on cricket where Anil Kumble will speak along with the likes of popular journalists Rajdeep Sardesai and Gideon Haigh.
