A fast track court is set to hear the Ballabhgarh murder case in which a 21- year-old student, Nikita Tomar, was shot dead by her stalker, Tauseef Ahmad, outside her college in Haryana. Assuring the family the Haryana government had promised to put this case on the fast track after public outrage on the issue. A love-jihad angle was also alleged by the family in the case stating that the deceased was forced to convert to Islam by the stalker and marry him. Now, the hearing will be done on a day-to-day basis. The family has welcomed this move. They hope to get justice delivered to their daughter.
