In order to boost sales, Volkswagen has announced attractive discounts and offers on its Polo and Vento cars in India.

These discounts are valid only for the month of February. They can be availed in the form of corporate discounts, exchange bonuses, loyalty bonuses, as well as cash discounts.

Volkswagen Polo can be purchased with an exchange bonus, corporate discount, and loyalty benefit of Rs. 20,000, Rs. 15,000, and Rs. 10,000, respectively.

The Vento TSI Highline Plus trim is available at a discounted ex-showroom price of Rs. 9.99 lakh (regular ex-showroom price: Rs. 12.36 lakh) as well as an additional cash and exchange benefit of Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 25,000, respectively.

Exteriors: Recalling the Volkswagen Polo and Vento

The Volkswagen Polo and Vento feature a minimalist look with a sloping roofline, a muscular bonnet, a narrow honeycomb blacked-out grille, and a trapezoidal air dam. For lighting, they house angular halogen headlamps, LED DRLs, and fog lights.

On the sides, they are flanked by power-adjustable ORVMs, blacked-out B-pillars, and 16-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels.

The Volkswagen Polo and Vento draw power from a 1.0-liter TSI petrol engine that generates 108.62hp of maximum power and 175Nm of peak torque. Transmission duties on the cars are handled by a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, and a 6-speed automatic gearbox.

Interiors: Inside the cabin

The Volkswagen Polo and Vento offer a spacious 5-seater cabin with fabric/leather seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a dual-tone dashboard, power windows, rear parking sensors, and automatic climate control.

They also pack quad speakers and a touchscreen infotainment console with support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

For safety, there are up to four airbags, electronic stability control, and a rear-view camera.
