To attract tourists, Kashmir starts beautification drive

For catch the eye of tourists across the world, the government of Jammu and Kashmir has started its beautification drive to revamp the famous gardens and parks in the valley. As per authorities, during the winters many popular gardens and parks got damaged and thus the authorities have started to restore its beauty and working on full swing to get it done as soon as possible. Famous for its gardens and parks across the world, Kashmir has at least 200 parks and gardens in the valley, out of which 116 are in Srinagar alone. Authorities said that at least 1500 workers are working day and night to complete the restoration work within a specific period of time. Spring season is the best and most suitable time for the restoration work of gardens in the valley.
