Model Ashley Graham often shares her intense workouts at New York City’s Dogpound on her Instagram page, and Saturday morning was no different. The body-positive activist seems to want to inspire others to hit the gym and train hard to be their best.
The 30-year-old model shared on her Instagram page an intense workout move that once again left fans in awe of her strength. She described the move as “SO hard!”
Graham is seen with Dogpound trainer Dara Hart, doing a handstand while holding Hart’s ankles. She then extends into a plank, with Hart’s hands on her ankles, and then back up. It’s an impressive move, and it speaks to the time Graham puts in to her workouts.
The impressive move done by the Sports Illustrated cover girl requires supervision and the help of a professional fitness trainer and probably isn’t something you should try at home.
The Dogpound has become the unofficial workout spot for Victoria’s Secret models. Many of them did their workouts there before the December VS runway show. Some of the gym’s famous clients include angels Elsa Hosk, Adriana Lima, Josephine Skriver, and Lais Ribeiro.
