Around 300 students file petitions to CJI against holding offline Class XII exams

At least 300 students have submitted petitions to the Chief Justice of India against holding offline examinations for Class XII. TIMES NOW brings to you the opinions of students in this chaotic situation. 'This is a medical catastrophe. My question is, 'Are we even in a position to talk about an offline exam?' says, Advocate Tanvi (who approached CJI for children). 'It was my second letter to PM Modi. I requested him to cancel the exam for 12th grade nationwide. We can't leave this decision to individual states', says Siya Tayal, class 10th student (written a letter to PM). 'We're not afraid of exams, we are scared of being exposed to Coronavirus when we go to exam centres. Docs & scientists have been warning us that the third wave will affect children badly.' Sukriti Gupta, class 12th student, tells TIMES NOW. #EndClassXIIConfusion
