Mansi Joshi played domestic cricket for Haryana before joining the women in blue. She joined the national team in 2016 as part of India's squad for the Twenty20 International. Her first international match was against Bangladesh in 2016 in the 2016 Women's Twenty20 Asia Cup in Thailand. Joshi’s Women’s ODI debut was in 2017 against Ireland in the Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier. Mansi became Player of the Match in the 2016 match against Thailand in the Asian Cricket Council Women’s T20 Asia Cup. Recently she was tested COVID-19 positive and so she had to miss the Women’s T20 Challenge.
