The poll war is intensifying in West Bengal as Union Home Minister Amit Shah is on a 2-day visit to the State. Not just Bengal, but HM Amit Shah will also be visiting Assam to push for the BJP’s campaign ahead of assembly elections.
Two weeks ahead of the assembly poll, Home Minister Amit Shah will kick off his election campaign by addressing two public meetings in Assam and holding a massive roadshow in Kharagpur. The next list of BJP candidates is also likely to be revealed today.
Meanwhile, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will also make her first public appearance, after the Nandigram incident, and will hold a roadshow on wheelchair today.
