New AIIMS study on Covid deaths: Fatality Rate higher in Under age 50 group

A new development has made in the All India Of Medical Sciences ( AIIMS) study where the patients under the age of 50 have a higher fatality rate than those above 65, pre-existing hypertension was the most frequent comorbidity found in the patients who suffered from covid-19. The studies cover those patients who were admitted to the AIIMS hospital from April 4 to July 24, 2020. The study also suggests that among the patients deceased were males with an age of 55 and had one or more comorbidities. Another Highlighted point in the study, there were 46 pediatric population were also admitted during this period and ICU mortality in that group was 13%. Watch the full video to know more!
