AIADMK merger: Palaniswami camp leader says everything spoilt

Pugazhendhi said the merger was completely spoilt by Munusamy and TTV Dinakaran is their leader.

After former Tamil Nadu minister and AIADMK (Puratchi Thalaiva Amma) leader KP Munusamy's statement that Palaniswami is Sasikala's chief minister, a leader of the EPS faction today said merger possibilities are now spoilt.

"Today everything was spoilt," Pugazhendhi told India Today when asked about when will the merger take place.

"We are all happy if it happens but Munusamy used filthy language against EPS. He used foul language and said only OPS has power and the ministers are all corrupt," the EPS camp leader said.

He said both Sasikala and TTV Dinakaran are still the general secretary and the deputy general secretary of the party.

He said the merger was completely spoilt by Munusamy and TTV Dinakaran is their leader.

On demands for a CBI enquiry into Jayalalithaa's death, Pugazhendhi said they are ready to ask the CBI to enquire into Amma's death but questioned why did OPS not order the enquiry when he was the chief minister.
