In the latest development, a production-specific test mule of the car has been found testing on the roads, revealing its design and interiors.

As per the pictures, it will sport a huge octagonal grille with hints of chrome, a large bumper, sleek headlights, and a dual-tone cabin.

The 2021 Ford Equator will have a boxy look, featuring a massive octagonal grille, a large bumper with wide air vents, sleek LED headlights with integrated DRLs, and low-set LED auxiliary lamps.

It will be flanked by roof rails, blacked-out B-pillars, ORVMs, and 5-spoke alloy wheels. On the rear, interconnected LED taillamps, a silver diffuser, 'EQUATOR' badging, and twin exhaust tips will be present.
