Agra: College Student’s Marksheet With Salman Khan’s Photo Goes Viral

Reportedly, the discrepancy was traced by a private agency that was hired by the university for printing the marksheets.

Agra, Nov 22: A marksheet with Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s picture has gone viral on the social media. The document has purportedly been printed by the Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra. The incident came to light a month before the convocation ceremony of the university which is to be attended by President Ram Nath Kovind.

Reportedly, the discrepancy was traced by a private agency that was hired by the university for printing the marksheets.

In the social media posts that are going viral, a passport-sized photo of Bollywood actor Salman Khan can be seen on the marksheet besides the name and the roll number of the first-year Bachelor of Arts student of Amrata Singh Memorial Degree College at Tejpur Java in Aligarh district. Notably, the college is affiliated to the Ambedkar university.

Meanwhile, the officials of the university have said that they have not received any complaint in this regard however, they have promised action if the matter comes to their notice.

The university official speaking to the Hindustan Times, said that the forms are filled by students and the photos are also pasted by them. The form is then forwarded to the university by the principal after verification.

Earlier in 2016, an inter college in Agra pasted a photo of Arjun Tendulkar, son of cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, on an admit card issued by the state board for the high school examination.
