Malaysia centre back Adam Nor Azlin is bullish of the team's ability to turn in another commanding performance, in their second leg AFF Championship semi-final encounter against Thailand, in Bangkok.
The Harimau Malaya surprised the favourites in the first leg clash at Bukit Jalil last Saturday by dominating proceedings and were only hampered by their wastefulness, with the match ending in a 0-0 draw.
At the Rajamangala Stadium on Wednesday, they need at least a draw with goals in order to edge the home side and advance to the final.
"I'm confident in my teammates' abilities; home or away they will give more than 100 per cent commitment.
"Thailand are the ones currently under pressure, because they can't afford to concede any away goals.
"If we maintain our focus level on and off the pitch, I believe that nothing is impossible," remarked Adam when met by Goal after final training on Tuesday.
Whereas for the 22-year old defender himself, his main focus is on preparing himself in case he was handed his first ever AFF Championship appearance.
He is one of the four remaining Malaysia squad members to not have played in the tournament.
"It's not my time yet, but I've been working hard in training, and preparing myself for my first tournament appearance."
The second leg semi-final match in Bangkok will be played on Wednesday, December 5, 8.00 pm Malaysian time.
