NEW DELHI: A panel discussion on a TV channel turned ugly as a Aam Aadmi Party spokesperson, Ejaz Khan, was slapped by a former party member, Teena Sharma during the show.
Ejaz was arguing with Teena about caste politics prevalent in India. The argument turned into a heated exchange as the two refused to budge from their stance on the issue and subsequently started to yell at one another.
At one point, the anchor had to intervene and ask Ejaz to apologise to Teena for his improper language but he refused to do so. Losing her cool, Teena eventually slapped him.
