AAP Government: Mucormycosis drug shortage in the capital; no buffer stock

The national capital has been reporting a rise in the number of black fungal infection cases. Amid an increase in demand, the supply is at an all-time low, for the treatment of the fungal infection. Chief Minister said that they are hoping to receive some help on the same from the center. Due to the state facing an acute shortage, it cannot offer any buffer to other states in need. The officials have reported that the condition is much worse than the need for Remdesivir. The number of daily cases has decreased in India, but the need for drugs and medicines is still in a bad condition. Watch the video to know more!
