Ranchi, May 2 (PTI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said that 78 per cent of complaints registered at “Jan Samvad Kendra”, the state government’s grievance management cell, was disposed of satisfactorily in its second year.
Congratulating the officials on completion of two years of the Kendra, Das asked them to keep an aim to redress 95 per cent of the complaints, an official release said here.
In the last two years, a total 1,27,299 complaints were registered and 78.06 per cent were disposed off satisfactorily, it said.
Sunil Kumar Burnwal, who is the secretary of the chief minister, said that it was 59 per cent in the first year and 78.06 per cent in the second year.
