243 more test positive for COVID-19 in U'khand

Dehradun, Nov 16 (PTI) Uttarakhand's COVID-19 tally rose to 68,458 on Monday with 243 more persons testing positive, while nine more infected patients died in the state, according to a state health department bulletin. Dehradun district reported the highest number of 107 cases. Twenty-four cases were reported from Nainital, 21 from Pauri, 18 from Haridwar, 15 from Almora, 14 from Udham Singh Nagar, 12 from Chamoli, nine from Champawat, seven each from Bageshwar and Tehri, six from Rudraprayag, two from Uttarkashi and one from Pithoragarh, the bulletin said. Meanwhile, nine more COVID-19 patients died in the state taking the toll to 1,116, it said.

The bulletin said that 62,555 infected people have recuperated, 603 have migrated out of the state and 4,184 are under treatment. PTI ALM ANB ANB
