24 Congress MLAs from Haryana sought strong leadership for the party in the state and favoring a key role for former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda. According to the report, a suggestion on this matter was made by the opposition legislators at a meeting with the party’s in charge in Haryana at the AICC (All-India Congress Committee) in New Delhi. Congress has 31 MLAs in the state of which 24 MLAs are seeking a change. These MLAs have also raised the issue that the party does not have district unit Chiefs From the last 8 years.
