They say the best way to help a country is by visiting it. Egypt’s tourism took a massive hit after the Arab Spring. But with life returning to normal, it seems about the right time to visit this beautiful country. Sure there are the Pyramids and the Great Sphinx of Giza but the Grand Egyptian Museum that (partly) throws its doors open in 2018 is truly the reason to visit Egypt in 2018. Spread across 650,000 sq feet, the museum will showcase thousands of artefacts from Egypt’s rich cultural history.
