collection called ‘Serenity’ is inspired by Ladakh, its mountains and the nature and this is what has been imbibed in the clothes. The collection features use of diverse fabrics and most of them has been developed by the designer's themselves. Lot of surface texturing has been done and there are elements of organza, silk tussles from Bhagalpur, which was especially hand woven. Marble print has also been used along with ornamented seam lines focusing on detailing. Whites, blue and shades of grey are the dominant colors unified with ombre dying. The collection at the store will see dresses, sequined tops and skirts for SS’09.
