They say 19-year-old Ryan Clayton Kelley jumped out the bedroom window when the owner spotted him inside the Eagles Lake Road on Sunday morning. He was caught a short time later. The investigation led them to charge Kelley and 18-year-old Brandon Lee Lock with grand larceny and breaking and entering. A neighbor said the men knew no one was at the house and they were using it to party in.
