VIRGINIA BEACH - A man was stabbed during his morning jog through a Va. Beach neighborhood. Police say it happened around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Little Neck Road. Investigators say a man asked the jogger the time and then pulled a knife and stabbed him. The jogger, who police have not identified, ran off and banged on doors for help. VIRGINIA BEACH - Police say one of two teenagers who vandalized a house was sleeping there when the homeowner arrived. They say 19-year-old Ryan Clayton Kelley jumped out the bedroom window when the owner spotted him inside the Eagles Lake Road on Sunday morning. He was caught a short time later. The investigation led them to charge Kelley and 18-year-old Brandon Lee Lock with grand larceny and breaking and entering. A neighbor said the men knew no one was at the house and they were using it to party in.
