Here's a secret that everybody already knows: India is corrupt. Now it gets murkier. Over the past year, we have been swimming deeper into the muck. According to Transparency International's Corruption Perception Index for 2011, India has dropped from 87 to 95. India's image is taking a beating because of the big list of corruption scandals that have rocked the nation this year. 
What can India do to clean up its sullied image and weed out corruption at the root?

"When it comes to rules in India, they have always been bit liberal to high status and high profile people.... since so called big people dont follow, average man doesnt even attempt to be clean... this is bitter fact. As a simple example, me n my frnds dont throw garbage on d roads, try to keep a cover n save all d wastes until we find a dustbin.... but wen i c people spitting or trucks which carry garbage throw half of it on main road stream, honestly i lose d urge to keep India clean!!!!
So plz rules for anticorruption shud be made as strict as possible, so dat no cm or pm can escape, no celebs shud escape..... probably like how we c it in U.S!!! People shud be scared to go away from d line. an average man shud feel this- we definitely cant get thru this wen a CM cant escape!"
