An old saying that a country/institution which does not give justice to its people or which does not regard its learned ones, gets ruined sooner or later. A very strong corruption control law is most needed in whimsical judiciary and academics as documented herein. IITs NOT BEING WORLD CLASS INSTITUTIONS because it is well on record that IIT Roorkee’s once famous Civil Engineering Department had about a dozen full fledged professors who could never earn a Ph.D. degree or publish any significant research papers despite their best efforts and fullest administrative backing and this fact was well known to the Ministry of Education (now MHRD) who never viewed this truth with any kindness. On top of this, the academic administration of this IIT (the oldest former technical Higher Learning University of India/Asia), backed also by such non-PhD jealous virus professors, sabotaged (including plagiarizing) the research work of the highly internationally renowned professor colleague through all kinds of possible illegal actions manifested by as many as 20 to 30 writ petitions filed to nullify the illegal actions repeatedly taken without any regard of natural justice. These are well recorded facts also known to the MHRD. If an institutional index (integrated effect of the various Institutional components including the credentials of the faculty) or teacher/faculty index (integrated effect of the research potential, teaching ability, qualifications, etc of every faculty member) for all IITs are worked out and compared with world class Institutions, then the truth will come out. Merit is totally disregarded in the Indian system as manifested by the fact that India is branded as a developing third world country despite the fact that it has the highest manpower of highly qualified hard working genius persons in almost all disciplines in the entire world or on world basis. Numerous examples will show that the merited ones in India will find their habitat only in the dust-bins. If India can rise above caste, region, and relative considerations and sincerely rely on merit then alone the IITs would become world class Institutions. A research paper entitled “A NEW METHOD OF EVALUATING TECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH TEACHERS’ by Prof. Devendra S. Bhargava, published in the International Journal for Development Technology, England, Vol.5, 1987 pp.27-38, contents of which were comprehensively highlighted by the PTI news flash, can be of great help to compare the various IITs, their faculty, and their nearness to the world class. An Institution’s three main pillars, viz. the faculty, the students and the reputation are interdependent. This is proved by the fact that now the best students do not opt for Roorkee IIT which was in news for vulgar activities too. This Institution manipulated to pass a twice failed student and encouraged students to pressurize their teachers for 90% marks. A recent case example manifests glorifies and testifies this aspect when the Hon’ble UttraKhand High Court at Nainital upheld (after intensive arguments) a reply to a RTI query made in the year 2007 that “an information pertaining to the year 1994 was more than twenty years old in the year 2007” (vide the Writ Petition No.726 of the year 2008) and such a whimsically arbitrary judgment could be given because the Hon’ble courts in India are not obliged to give reasons for their decision or judgment. the remark of mr kejriwal at noid has irked all the political parties. in fact large no of known criminals are sitting in ours sansad / vidhan sabhas is a matter of shame to all the indian. saying a truth cannot be against democracy or privilege of any institution. if political parties feel so then they should not field any criminal in the election. inf act political parties,media and criminals have joined together and want to looto our country. the media not showing anything said by team anna or baba ramdev ,media is conspicuously ,ignoring team anna and baba ramdeo ,throught the ensuing election. the common man should under stand this cullusion at earliest is better for sansad and india.

we must support to Mr. Kejariwal for his correct analysis about political parties. we understand that if any single tainted MP or MLA joins the house of democracy then it is a shame on democracy or our system which is supporting bad elements to grab the power. It is prime duty of political system which runs the whole drama to keep away such criminals and looters from highest place of country. If they want to use continue such elements in their vested interest and we should not allow them to do so again.

Leave congress, Even BJP crying hoarse at congress is unable to stop corruption in Karnataka where they are ruling. Instead they are looting the public. Not even one file moves without bribery, The CM eventhough on complaining just forwards the emails to concerned without followup action. With a result the babus are encouraged and immersed in corruption. Even the MLAs and corporators are corrupt to the core. They just prepare the bills and encash it without any work carried out. Unless the voting public are cautious the country is being robbed by these elected representatives.

The country needs further awakening and the time will come that all the politicians including the top-corrupt of Congress would behind the Tihar.

What's wrong in what Kejriwal said? If this is not true then how these politicians have chores of rupees stashed in the banks? How does mere vegetable vendor becomes billionaire? Why everyone of their families entering politics? To serve the people? Can these politicians declare there wealth honestly and ready to give accounts? Then please come forward! People will love such politicians and No One In future will utter a word against such politicians!

Kejriwal is right but alone , we are all looking for personal gains , we do not want to
lose our share of loot , gain or benefit . The moment we for get about our own loss
or profit we can teach these goons a lesson.

I agree with Kejriwal's allegation that there are 163 accused people who are MPs.This is horrible. The Indian society is divided on caste,creed and culture and so the people are not taking note of any such issue.I appeal to my contrymen to rise to the occassion and condemn with one voice the vicious designs of these polititians who divded the nation on caste,reservation and community and are looting the nation's money

All parties have corrupt people and Team Anna should fight against the corrupt individual and not generalise a party. What is 17 A and how can one use it. The ballot sheet should have a column None so that every voter can exercise their choice that none of the candidates are suitable to contest the elections

Yes It is a fact that many political parties became corrupt . But what is the reason behind this . it is the lure of ill gotten money . And funnily even many electors are becoming corrupt and demanding money or accepting money to vote as the poor and downtrodden once were . Don't we need to rethink about the so called knock out election system where a person who poled less than a quarter of the votes could sit in the parliament / legislature in the name of democracy . Our democracy is more for the feudals and rich than for the majority people . That is why a funny two party rule is perpetrated on us so that we have an option to select one corrupt or the other corrupt party or grouping .

Arvind Kejriwal is trying to awake the consciousness of Indians which has been swept away by veneer of materialism resulting in rampant corruption and lawlessness. Unless each Indian realise this it is going to be an uphill task to expect any change.
