Suziki launches retro SFV650 Gladius in UK

Suzuki SFV650 GladiusSuzuki GB has announced a limited run of its SFV650 Gladius, with a retro inspired paint scheme that gives the popular 650cc naked middleweight a unique classic Grand Prix look. Inspired by the1970s Suzuki RG500 Grand Prix racer, and available for a limited time only via authorised Suzuki dealers, the SFV650 offers the same great middleweight performance and handling but with added style and coolness thanks to the iconic red, black and yellow paint scheme.

Suzuki GB general manager, Paul de Lusignan, commented "For the very first time we included our own Facebook community in the decision to bring this special edition to market. With its flowing lines the SFV lends itself perfectly to a retro scheme, and proved to be a popular choice. The recommended retail price is just £300 more than the standard model at £6,399, including a special belly-pan too, but will only be available to order for a limited time via authorised dealers. So, If you're keen we suggest you act fast."

On top of the unique colour scheme, the SFV650 is also available until September 30th on Suzuki's latest promotion, where customers get £500 off the recommended retail price of a standard machine and benefit from three years warranty and AA cover too.
