My statement on president's rule in UP has been twisted: Jaiswal

New Delhi, Feb 23 (ANI): Clarifying his statement after it had created a political storm, Congress leader Sriprakash Jaiswal on Thursday said his statement suggesting president's rule in Uttar Pradesh has been twisted.

"Why should a leader of a party that is going to win in Uttar Pradesh say something like that? My statement was twisted," Jaiswal told media here.

"I was only explaining the constitutional reality, in case the Congress fails to get a majority as we are surely going to be the single largest party," he added.

Earlier, criticizing Jaiswal's statement, BJP leader Kalraj Mishra said that the remarks of Jaiswal posed a threat to democracy in the country.

"This is an act of threatening people which is harmful for maintaining the sanctity of democracy. I would say that such kind of statements is the violation of the Model Code of Conduct," said Mishra.

Mishra also said that such statements of various Congress leaders depict that the party was disillusioned with the trend as it is unlikely that they would be voted to power.

"This statement also depicts that the Congress party is in a state of depression and is disillusioned. The Congress general secretary (Rahul Gandhi) has been widely campaigning in Uttar Pradesh, be it by abusing or criticizing others to attract the attention of the voters in Uttar Pradesh but the people of the state have not paid heed to any of his remarks and his work and have discarded him as well," added Mishra.

BJP leader Uma Bharti said: "I condemn the statement made by Congress that it is going for president's rule in UP. Such statements are undemocratic and not an announcement, but a threat."

"I appeal to the people not to vote for the Congress, as the party does not understand the importance of their votes," Bharti told media in Charkhari.

Earlier, Jaiswal had said that if his party fails to get a majority in the Uttar Pradesh assembly polls, it would seek imposition of president's rule in the state.

"If Congress gets a majority, then it will form the government...if some seats are short then there is no option other than president's rule," Jaiswal told media in Kanpur.

The Uttar Pradesh polls are being viewed as an opportunity for major political parties to re-establish their foothold in the country's fifth largest and most populous state. new 403-member state assembly will be elected in March. The poll results will broadly indicate trends for the 2014 general elections. (ANI)

When these people work as captive slaves of Italian mafia Congress, it is given that everything starting from their brains are twisted. This bandit of 10, Janpath is just confirming the truth.

No doubt, the Congress party is most unrivaled and unique in every evil thing on the earth. Look at the front page conspicuous news item of "Times Of India", Mumbai edition, of date
(23rd Feb 2012) regarding badly used up and shunned, misguided, thoroughly befooled, unnecessarily unfortunate, Kripashankar Singh, otherwise good for nothing but so-far a good and direct sycophant of "10 Janpath". A lesson is to be well-learnt by the dirty Congress party mafia (the most evil & worst Indian-Italian mafia) sycophants of "10 Janpath" that they are no better than the worst ones used up and shunned / thrown at all the most notorious, dirtiest streets in any given city / town, for their 'great' high-command and her family members at their all time ' favourite ' " 10 Janpath ". Whether the likes of MAUN Mohan, Kapil (Muni), Chiddu, (Pig-Dog)vijay will heed and learn the hard lesson, in their own individual best interest and, rather, more in the national interest, is to be seen in the wide public domain. Any doubts, my good fellow citizens ???

It appears that all lickers of congress have lost their mental balance. They have developed another peculiar habit of spitting and then again licking back. What a shame for these creatures. It appears last days of congress have already come and they do not have patience to wait till 2014.One by one serially they are indulged in giving meaningless, absurd, imaginary statements and using abusive language against the democratic and constitutional bodies also apart from throwing mud on opposition. Thanks to the electronic media that what ever they say are being aired and these people are not finding escape routes. If presidential rule is imposed in UP,it is most welcome because at least citizens of the country will not be involved in wiping out this party from the political scenario of the nation. It will meet its natural death. We dare congress to do this.

I always thought Salman Khurshid and Jaiswal as sensible persons. But it appears that they have lost their bearings because of their party's impending disaster in UP polls.

Few people have highjacked our whole political, social and other existing system using every instruments of power. These are Judiciary, investing agencies, top bureaucracy, police and corrupt regional leaders who favour them by supporting in parliaments. Even these regional leader feel fear of being blackmailed as if they revolt against them they will be frozen into microwave. Even a government having not their own majority, they are able to do any governing policies, constitutional changes, social & financial decisions for their comfort as and when required. Every step of the government making difficult for a common man to survive and taken away every thing from the pocket of a common man instead of giving them any help. TODAY EVERY COMMON MAN IS STRUGGLING TO FOR HIKE IN EVERY ASPECT OF LIFE INCLUDING SECURITY, FOOD, HEALTH, EDUCATION, TRANSPORTATION, ELECTRICITY AND OTHER ESSENTIAL SERVICES BEING MISS-MANAGED BY THE GOVERNMENT.

A pecial request is with Hon'ble CEC that please take undertaking from the Congress that if it(congress) feels that no party is going to get majority in 2014 General Election and President Rule is likely tol be imposed, then in such a situation, please don't waste hard earned money of innocent Indians in holding the election. In such a situation, non-political Administrators be appointed in which no politician of any party be inducted.

From top to bottom, all are twisters in Congress. They are twisting the people of India, they are twisting the country, they are twisting the governance. Nothing has been left out which cannot be twisted or had not been twisted by the Congress since independence.

Iaiswal Sab has committed a blunder. No explanation would leave him exonerated. Political ambition to become the CM blinded him for a while and he did the unexpected.

Congress is going to loose the UP assembly election which certainly is an indication that people of India are really frustratated towards the congress corruptions and the way the congress is handling the corruptions by their own ministers.Congress has done nothing but fill up their pockets at the cost of poor and middle class people's blood and its time that people must not vote for the congress party.MAYAVATI IS iIN BIG COMPITITION WITH CONGRESS IN HER PERSONAL GAINS AS WELL.Her brother was made vert rich with the government funds and people knows it well too.
