Sohrabuddin case: SC grants bail to Amit Shah

The Supreme Court rejected the CBI's plea to cancel bail to former Gujarat home minister Amit Shah in Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case. The court also transferred the trial of the case from Gujarat to Mumbai.

TV reports say Shah, who is currently out on bail, can now visit Gujarat.

Sohrabuddin Sheikh was killed in a fake encounter in 2005.
