Bhopal, Jan 27 (IANS) An unemployed software engineer and a beautician whose husband had died two months ago committed suicide in two different incidents in the state capital Friday, police said.
Sandeep Chouhan, 25, a resident of BDA Colony under Koh-e-Fiza police station, was alone in his house as his father, an Indian Railways employee was on duty, and his mother had gone to Indore.
"Sandeep's body was found hanging in his room. But we have not recovered any suicide note. As he was a software engineer he may have mentioned something in his computer. We have also recovered four cell phones from his house," the investigative officer Santosh Kumar told IANS.
In a separate incident, Babita Kushwaha, 30, a mother of two who used to run a beauty parlour, committed suicide in her house in Rishaal Daar Colony under Gautam Nagar police station.
The woman sent her children to school Friday morning and when they returned home they found her hanging from the ceiling.
"We have not found any suicide note but investigation is on," S.S. Jadaon, officer in-charge, told IANS.
