New York, August 15 (ANI): Colleagues of a Mount Sinai surgical technician - who has been slapped with a bombshell lawsuit for allegedly watching X-rated movies on his cellphone during open-heart surgeries - claim that employees at the prestigious hospital act like the sexed-up cast of "Grey's Anatomy."
"People here are horny," a Mount Sinai worker told the New York Post.
"All these hours we spend together here, we get very comfortable with each other," he said.
The allegations against cardiovascular tech Ahmet Cercioglu, 41, first reported in the publication on Tuesday, come in a Manhattan lawsuit filed by Sandra Morris, 37, who worked under him until she was fired in June.
She is suing him, the hospital and a supervisor, Ricardo Lazala for allegedly creating a hostile work environment where Cercioglu allegedly called her derogatory names and was allowed to watch porn on his cellphone during open-heart surgeries.
"It's horrendous," said a female employee who would identify herself only as a four-year staffer.
"Some men think they are entitled to do those things. It's terrible. Not only should they lose their jobs but someone should catch them in the streets and beat their tail off. That's street justice," she added. (ANI)
