Seminar concludes

Imphal, Sept. 18: The concluding day of the three-day seminar here on Development of Sports in the Northeast, today advocated regional tournaments on a rotational basis to hone the skills of sportspersons.

The last session focused on badminton, football, handball, hockey and table tennis.

Rk. Dhiren Singh, former joint director, youth affairs and sports, moderated the session.Home minister G. Gaikhangam presided over the closing function.

Around 30 resource persons from the region attended the seminar.
