London, August 29 (ANI): Ryan Seacrest, who is currently ranked 19 on the Forbes list of the highest paid celebrities, has sold off his Hollywood Hills house for 11 million dollars - a whopping 500,000 dollars less than what he paid for it originally.
According to TMZ, the new house owners are 'some rich English folk' and the 37-year-old host's real estate agent profited nicely from the deal, the Daily Mail reported.
The publication reports that the 2.87 acres of palatial grounds boasts a main house comprising of 9,200 square foot, three adjacent guest-homes, and a selection of sprawling wildlife ponds.
Back in April, the American Idol presenter lowered the price of the Hollywood estate he affectionately dubbed 'Casa di Pace' from 14.9 million to 11.9 million dollars.
Located on the top of Nichols Canyon, the stately 10,000-square-foot Mediterranean structure, built in 1974, offers spectacular city views.
Known as one of the crown jewels of the Hollywood Hills, the mansion boasts 6.5 bathrooms, a screening room, a living room with 17-foot beamed ceilings, peaceful gardens, detached garage, pool, spa, championship tennis court, library, billiards room, bar, a wine cellar and a detached night club.
