The three-day inter-ministerial group (IMG) meeting today began in New Delhi for reviewing the licenses given to 35 companies for the coal blocks allocation. The panel reviewed 10 companies on the first day. Speaking to media persons after presenting his companies defence, Chairman and Managing Director, Monnet Ispat Ltd, Sandeep Jajoriya, said that the tedious process of attaining countless clearances prolongs the process of mining to start and dents investment. less
