The Goa Police have released the sketch of the accused in rape case of a seven-year-old girl in the state. The girl was raped on Tuesday in her school toilet in Vasco da Gama city. According to local media reports, a stranger, who entered the school premises during the interval session, allegedly raped the minor. The police have also registered a case under Section 376 IPC, and sections of the Goa Children's Act 2003 and Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012. Meanwhile, Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has blamed the school management and the principal for negligence. less
