It is said Hitler was interested in painting even when he was a child. He went to a teacher and she seems to have refused him admission to her painting classes. If that teacher had enrolled him in painting, his energies would have been focussed on painting rather than as Hitler the war lord.

Who says Hitler was kind to Indians??He in fact laughed at the thought when he heard about the creation of an independent SS legion from the captured Indian-British army POW's. Subhas Chandra Bose, the founder of the Indian Nation Army or the Azad Hind Fauj(sponsored by the Japanese, they also consisting mostly of Indian-British Army personel captured from Singapore), and also the only who created the idea of the the Indian German regiment, had great difficulty in getting a meeting arranged with Hitler, as it is said Hitler never wanted to meet him in the first place. Although still an legion called the Freies Indisches Legion (free Indian legion, and also called the Tiger Legion) was created (consisted of about 3000 Indian POW volunteers), which in itself was just for propaganda purposes, it wasn't highly regarded and was mostly used for garrison duties south of Bordeaux in occupied France until August,1944, after which it was withdrawn to Germany and transfered to the Waffen-SS, where it served from November,1944 until March,1945. During the end of the war, when the legion was fleeing, and attempted to reach Switzerland, they were captured by the free French and U.S troops, and there have been reports that some of them were killed after being captured by the free French troops(at least 5-9 people were), because there have been at least 2 reports of this legion having raped women in France. Later they were handed over to the British and shipped off to India and imprisoned. They were to be tried for treason( because they were a part of the British troops earlier, most of them being captures by the Germans from the Africa theater during the war, but due to the fragile political climate when the Indian Independence was being negotiated,
The only report of Hitler being kind to an Indian was when during the Berlin Olympics (during the 30's i think), the German team was defeated 6-0 by the bare-footed Indian team. That was the first match played both by the Indians and the Germans and Hitler was said to have become furious that his pure Aryan team was defeated by a bunch of half bloods, and he left the venue mid way through the match. The next day, he called for the Captain of the Indian team (Dyan Chand was his name i think) at his office. Dyan Chand on hearing that went half sweating with fear to Hitler (because he had heard a lot about him and though he's going to kill him), but instead, Hitler sat dawn with him for tea, and after a short while politely offered to a proposition of settling down in Germany, which Dyan Chand is said to have declines, mainly because he said his entire family is based in India, and he would want to leave that place. This fact is well documented in Indian Hockey history and has many a times been printed in tabloids, mostly at the time of his birth anniversary.

hi my friends it seems my praise to hitler has drawn controversy. let me say that there cant be any doubt on the leadership quality and patriotisim of Hitler. he was genious otherwise a lance corporal of first world war couldnt have become the furehor of Germany within a short span and defeated allied forces in many battle fronts, it was only the combined power of allied forces many of whome are now super powers could bring his might down .controversy is due to the methods he used during the second world war and his hatred feelings for jews community. This is primarly of the reason how the society treated him during his child hood , his teacher ,his superior jewis army officers ,who treated him with great contempt while he was serving in army. ultimately spark was converted in to flame the way super power treated germany after the ist world war , at treaty of versitile. please remember in love and war everything is fare . please recount how many civilians died in iraq , afghinastan,in libiea due to the bombing by american and nato forces. practically these countries are at the verge of ruin. hu usa entered in side pakistan to kill osma bin laden. these all are fare because of war condition. hu col gadafi was killed ?where is the justice ?so ,we can say method used by hitler was not acceptable to society under peacefull condition but when it is war it is a strategy . a psychological war to create fear in the mind of enemy. it doesnot make sense hu many peopple died , other wise there wouldnot have been nuclear bombing on hiroshima and naga saki.any one asking USA to account for?

Many of us won't be on earth to comment like this, if this man succeeded Normandy and Russia. Please don't comment by sitting on top of the security which is the cost of many people who fought against fasists. Read all facts rather than just comment by seeing pictures.

Seriously??? do you know how many innocent people were killed for his insanity. No human has the right to kill anyone, but he tortured and killed thousands of people without mercy. World is better off without him... in honestly think he was mentally ill and people around around him didn't notice it and blindly followed a lunatic.

Hitler was the greatest leader of 20 th century. his hatred feelings for the allied forces was due to the treament metted out Germany after 1st world war. A patrotic person will always try to restore dignity , and honour of his country, he only tried to do that .only some of his methods were extreme.history always sings for the winner and not for the looser. capt ak chaudhury(retd)

Well, i have seen a lot of documentaries on Holocaust and after watching them i firmly believe that he was one of the most cruel man on the earth. I have been to Germany couple of times, even people of his country don't talk about him!!! If he was a great leader then why the people of his own country doesn't like to talk about him???? My request to those individuals, who think Hitler was a great man and a good leader; please go and watch few of the videos on "Holocaust" and then leave your precious comment here or else its absolutely non-sense to leave your comments without knowing much about the subject...lol :p
