New Delhi, June 30 (ANI): A delegation headed by the chief of the paramilitary Pakistan Rangers will be visiting New Delhi from July 1 to 5 to attend a biannual meeting with the Border Security Force (BSF).
According to reports, the delegation is expected to discuss key issues of common interest and measures to improve peace and tranquility along the border.
Repatriation of Pakistani prisoners, including fishermen and persons who inadvertently crossed the border, will also be raised during the talks apart from the measures to counter smuggling.
The visit of the delegation comprising top officials of the Pakistan Rangers, Survey of Pakistan, Interior Ministry and Anti-Narcotics Force will be visiting India just days after the release of Indian prisoner Surjeet Singh. (ANI)
