New Delhi, Nov. 18 -- A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her neighbours in Palam Village, southwest Delhi. The two accused, who have been arrested, reportedly took her out on the pretext of shopping. Police said the girl was a class VII student in a government school. According to police, the accused knew the victim and her family.
