Its Central Advisory Committee (Kendriya Margadarshak Mandal) categorically stated this in a unanimous resolution passed at a meeting here on Sunday. 'If the government fails to meet the demand before the coming navaratras, a nationwide agitation would be launched from Vijayadashami (Dussehra), the day after the last navaratra.'
